  ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
  DEADLINE: Thursday, November 15, 2007
   
  The Local Organizing Committee invites abstracts for oral and poster presentations at the 11th International Coral Reef Symposium, July 7-11, 2008 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. To submit your Abstract and to view the 25 Mini-Symposia, please visit our website at http://www.nova.edu/ncri/11icrs/abstracts.html.
   
  The 11th ICRS science program consists of 25 Mini-Symposia.  The scientific questions within each mini-symposium are meant to be inclusive, to be non-restrictive, and to provide suggestions for potential presenters.  There are a wide variety of Mini-Symposia topics designed to be sufficiently broad to include all who are interested in participating.  If you are uncertain of the Mini-Symposia that is appropriate for your work, please submit your abstract under the Undecided category.

  HOTEL RESERVATIONS
  ·        SPECIAL PRICING HOTEL RESERVATIONS for July 4-12, 2008: 
  To obtain the special pricing, attendees should make their hotel reservations through the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Housing Bureau. The Online Hotel Reservation system can be used for those interested in the dates July 4-12 only. (Please do not contact the hotels directly.)
   
  ·        EXTENDED DATES HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
  If your stay in Ft. Lauderdale extends beyond the special pricing dates of July 4-12, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM.  Please complete the hotel reservation form (http://www.nova.edu/ncri/11icrs/hotels.html#list) and email, fax, or mail to the Housing Bureau at 954-765-4414.

  The Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center covers an impressive 17 acres in Port Everglades, the world's second largest cruise-port.
