[Coral-List] Acropora mimic algae

Hi all,
 
Is anyone aware of an algae that mimics Acopora colonies, possibly an Agar species in the Indo-Pacific. The algae shows branching, individual raised corallites and a pale enlarged axial polyp. If anyone has any knowledge of such a species or could point me in the direction of some literature it would be much appreciated.
