Digital library available for Samoan Archipelago

One way to retain knowledge of studies conducted in the islands is to scan
all the reports (admittedly a laborious task).  Rise Hart did this for
Americans Samoa and Samoa and she provides a digital pdf library of 700
reports describing marine and terrestrial environments.  It is available
