I was concerned about this statement in the Eritrea update:
"For people interested to visit Eritrea, please note that you will 
not be able to collect data in the Eritrean Red Sea waters, including 
on coral reefs, unless you have the authorisation of the Ministry of 
Fisheries."
By collecting data do you mean taking samples or simply looking and 
taking photographs? Gene
