[Coral-List] Targeted outreach messages for IYOR

Dear All,

I heard a lot of comments at ICRS last week about the need for clear messages to send the public regarding coral reefs.  So I wanted to remind everyone about the set of targeted messages that were developed for IYOR 2008 through a partnership between NFWF, NOAA, and the U.S. Coral Reef Task Force Education & Outreach working group.  Each of the five messages includes a clear action for people to take.  There are print ads/posters and icons available to download free at www.iyorcreative.com<http://www.iyorcreative.com> for anyone to use in their work.

Also check out the IYOR television PSAs at www.iyor.org/tv<http://www.iyor.org/tv>.  These are beginning to appear on major cable and network television stations, so be on the lookout!
