[Coral-List] Video showing at ICRS - Symbiosis: Science & Art

Dear ICRS participants,
I would like to invite you to a last-minute addition to the many great 
events at ICRS. 
On Monday, July 7, during lunch, there will be a 45 minute presentation 
of a video of a recent performance in Canada that is the result of a 
unique collaboration between scientists and dancers, produced by LINK 
dance and supported by the Canada Council for the Arts and National 
Sciences & Engineering Research Council of Canada.  The collaboration 
was an experiment to see what behavioral ecologists & coral reef 
ecologists and dancers could learn from each other.
Symbiosis and bleaching on coral reefs became a focal point of the 
piece, which explores this interaction as well as that between the 
scientists and artists.
