  Somehow this was the reason.  
   
  By the way, the hybrid nature of prolifera was discussed in connection with "Comments Needed on Federal ESA Listing of Three Coral Species" (Coral-List, 08.15.2004).  However, in that posting was expressed the needs of attention and care for prolifera.
   
  Strangely enough, Jennifer Moore and Sarah Heberling did not mention the hybrid prolifera in(http://sero.nmfs.noaa.gov/pr/pdf/080303_Coral_CH_Presentation.pdf ).   
  This can be legalistically applied in a very wrong way for no protecting prolifera.
   
  Hope the action will gain by using in the mention document what is known from historical geology and coral biodiversity.
