The Biology Department (www.bu.edu/biology) invites applications for a
tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level. We seek an
evolutionary ecologist conducting research in coastal marine systems
at the population, community, and/or ecosystem levels. The successful
candidate will also participate in the interdisciplinary Boston
University Marine Program (www.bu.edu/bump). Responsibilities will
include establishing an independent research program with extramural
funding and active participation in undergraduate and graduate
teaching. Please submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and
statement of research and teaching interests in a single electronic

Dr. Michael Sorenson, Chair, Marine Ecology Search Committee,
