[Coral-List] A.millepora 454 transcriptome update

Hello colleagues,

We have updated our 454 sequence data for the transcriptome of  
Acropora millepora larvae.

The current version has original reads with the adaptor sequences  
thoroughly removed (there was quite a lot of adaptor contamination in  
the previous version, affecting assembly), and re-assembled contigs  
that are annotated (in fasta definition line) according to BLAST  
hits,  Gene Ontology, and protein domains. The other pieces of  
annotation pertain to the joining and clustering processes that will  
be described in detail in the upcoming paper, please don't pay  
attention to those at the moment.
