The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) made available, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2009, DEP Solicitation No. 2009029C entitled “Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Development of Management Alternatives for the Southeast Florida Region According to Stakeholder Working Panels”.
 
Organizations interested in participating in this procurement opportunity may view and download the subject solicitation from the Florida Department of Management Services Vendor Bid System.  To view the solicitations, go to http://www.myflorida.com and select “Business”.  Select “Doing Business with the State”.  Under the “Everything for Vendors and Customers” heading, select “Vendor Bid System”.  Under the “Vendor Bid System” heading, select “Search Advertisements”.  Use the “Agency” search field to search for advertisements for the “Department of Environmental Protection” and click on “Initiate Search”.  Select solicitation number 2009029C and follow the instructions at the bottom of each page.
 
Any questions from prospective contractors concerning this RFP shall be submitted in writing, identifying the submitter, to Cindy Riggins at the address specified in Section B.5 of the solicitation, by email to cindy.riggins at dep.state.fl.us, or by facsimile to 850-245-2411, no later than 5:00 p.m. E.T. on Thursday, March 26, 2009.  E-mail inquiries are preferred; however a hard copy or facsimile is acceptable.   
 
Responses to the subject solicitations are due at the address identified in the solicitation package, no later than: 2:30 P.M. ET Wednesday, April 15, 2009.
