[Coral-List] visual percent cover diagram?

I'm looking for a reference diagram for estimating percent habitat cover in
the field from 0-100% in 5% increments. I've found a few related examples in
the literature and the internet (e.g., Survey Manual for Tropical Marine
Resources, English et al.), but none in 5% increments. Does anyone have such
a diagram, or suggestions on how to create one? Thanks.
