[Coral-List] NOAA Northern Hemisphere Hurricane-Season Predictions Out

This year's first seasonal hurricane outlooks are out. NOAA is  
predicting this northern hemisphere hurricane season to be near- 
normal in the Atlantic, normal or below-normal in the eastern  
Pacific, below-normal in the central Pacific.
