[Coral-List] better link to Veron presentation on threat to reefs

Some people may have had difficulty accessing Charlie Veron's presentation 
to the Royal Society on the huge threat to the world's reefs CO2 emissions 
present.  I've been given a URL for a connection said to work much better..

There is also a petition to sign to join their campaign to save reefs.  The 
petition is on the home page given above, you don't have to view the 
presentation to see and sign it.
