[Coral-List] Valuation of Honduras's reefs to $3.5B

Dear list,

In a blog post (http://www.elpergamino.org/?p=5297) the author states  
that BID (i.e. IADB in Spanish) has put a value on Honduras's coral  
reefs, $3.5 billion.

Can anyone provide some more info on how this evaluation was done,  
preferably a reference?
