[Coral-List] CITES: Guilty Plea for Trade in Black Coral

Many shops sell black coral in the virgin islands...most rationalize that they will not stop until they see the Bernard K Passman Gallery shut down...apparently there are Galleries across the country.....one in Las Vegas as well.
