[Coral-List] Grants in the Caribbean?

Dear marine conservationists,

As you all know, maintaining a financially sustainable marine park
especially in a developing country is difficult. The Roatan Marine
Park in Honduras is constantly trying to find funds to cover even
their limited operating costs which include only two paid staff. If
you come across call for proposals for the Caribbean or know of
possible grants for the area, I'd much appreciate it,
