[Coral-List] Sanctuaries Final Coral PEIS

  NOAA's National Marine Sanctuaries Program has published the /Final 
Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for Coral Restoration in the 
Florida Keys and Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuaries/.  This 
document describes the methods typically used to implement restoration 
in response to physical injuries in both Flower Gardens and Florida Keys 
National Marine Sanctuaries.  The final incorporates public comments 
received in response to the draft published in 2008.  The PEIS is final, 
but any significant comments received by September 27, 2010 will be 
addressed in the Record of Decision.
