Hi All - the SImple Fool's Guide is VERY dated, but I have pdf's of it 
and am perfectly happy to provide infinite access. I will have a link 
put onto my lab web site for anyone to download it: 
http://palumbi.stanford.edu/publications.html. Be careful with this, as 
the enzymes have changed and the buffers have become more advanced. The 
primers still work, but there are a lot more universal ones out there - 
especially the Folmer primers, and the BOLD COI primers from the BarCode 
of Life.
