[Coral-List] LAST CALL: 2011 Mote Summer Courses and Syllabus Update

A few spaces are still available in Mote Marine Laboratory's Tropical Research
Laboratory's Advanced Courses this summer to be held at the Summerland Key,
Florida, facility.

In our continuing efforts to present the latest information on diseases and
diagnostic methodologies, we are pleased to announce that David Allen,
Research Chemist at National Institute for Standards and Technology, will be
joining the faculty during the disease course to lecture on and demonstrate
his biomedical spectral imaging research and its applications for health
monitoring of corals. The slide reading workshop will introduce participants
to virtual microscopy and provide access to the Coral Disease and Health
Consortium's Coral Virtual Microscope Database System.
