share the vacancy announcement for the *Coral Program Manager *position

*Brief Duty Statement:*

As the Coral Program Manager, you will also be responsible for 
implementing the Coral Reef Conservation Act, leading and overseeing the 
NOAA Coral Reef Conservation Program Matrix and managing the NOS Coral 
Conservation Division.You will manage an office with bureau-wide 
responsibilities.You will exercise principal responsibility for 
office/division level administrative management, implementing all 
personnel management functions for your staff, formulating/implementing 
organizational goals and objectives, planning/evaluating programs, 
designing organizational structure, promoting economy of operations, 
planning/controlling an organizational budget.You will carry out broad, 
unprecedented projects involving the substance of key bureau 
programs.You will also be a key participant in the inter-agency U.S. 
Coral Reef Task Force.
