[Coral-List] Oil drilling in Belize

  I wish to point out that in addition to the Tulon agreement mention 
on the list earlier there is also the Cartagena Convention  aimed at 
preventing Caribbean-wide pollution. Details of this convention 
agreement can be accessed at

which was posted on the coral list in 2010. Readers may also be 
interested in a new science fiction coral reef-based novel centered 
around these conventions  titled,  "Currents of Deceit" by Ronald 
Perkins available on e-book at Amazon. I think many coral reef
