[Coral-List] Acropora millepora Transcription Factor Network Analysis

Hello colleagues,

we have recently completed a study on the Acropora millepora transcription factor network providing insight into how regulatory networks might have evolved.

This study is one of the first studies that uses a Systems Biology approach to infer combinatorial transcription factor networks of the reef-building coral Acropora millepora.
