[Coral-List] seeking information on funding opportunities for coral reef research

Dear Coral-List,

I am writing because I am searching for information on funding opportunities
for coral and coral reef research in developing countries in the Caribbean
and more particularly for Latin American countries. I am not familiar with
the organizations and funding process for third world countries. I was
wondering if some of you could give me some guidance/info on the subject. I
would like to know if there is a site that lists different institutions or
specific institutions/NGO's that offer funding and one may submit proposals
for research projects.
