[Coral-List] Deadline for dinner with entire Cousteau clan is Wed Oct. 12

    Many of you have inquired about the event in Miami Oct. 19 where all
five members of the Cousteau immediate family will appear and talk
together for the first time ever, and show clips of the world premiere
of the new film "My Father, The Captain." It's the Opening Dinner for
the Society of Environmental Journalists' national conference at the
InterContinental Miami.
 
    The public is now invited. But deadline to sign up is tomorrow,
Wednesday, Oct. 12.
 
    Also speaking will be Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, and everyone's
favorite columnist Carl Hiaasen. NOAA Administrator Jane Lubchenco will
also there and many of the US Coral Reef Task Force participants. We
expect news coverage locally, across the US and globally.
 
    But why not be there and witness it yourself? Tickets are $125 and
cover solely our costs.
