Thanks Rudy, Since you are at Reef Relief in Key West you  are in the 
middle of the annual bacchanal known as "Fantasy Fest." My friend 
there says there are 15 to 20 knot winds and the helicopter is 
spraying malathion for mosquitoes while men in hasmat suits are 
fogging the streets,  street sweepers are stirring up the dust and 
tourists and locals wearing beads are parading around half naked. 
Hope it does not get in their scotch and rocks. For those unaware of 
this annual even google Fantasy Fest. Gene
