Hi Safoura,

You can refer to "Fukami et al. (2004) Geographic differences in species boundaries among members of the Montastraea annularis complex based on molecular and morphological markers"
for a general coral DNA extraction protocol, which has worked for several scleractinian species. Otherwise, you can also try the Qiagen DNeasy extraction kits.
