Gene, Germany is not the only one, my home state of Kentucky, and West Virginia have signed a 7 billion dollar deal with India for coal shipments that will amount to 9 million tons annually for the next 25 years, I wonder whats going on in China?  I dont think we are going to see a drop in atmospheric CO2 anytime soon, do you?
