Radioactivity was carried by the atmosphere with low levels of radiation (137Cs & 134Cs) detected 1900 Km from Fukishima a few weeks after the episode. The samples came from a Japanese sampling cruise.

the Video is incorrect. The pacific
Ocean as we all know has currents and
it not a lake, therefor the spread of radioactive materials
 would
be dispersed by the currents, not just sit there stagnantly.
 Also the
highest concentration of radioactivity would remain near
 Japan,
 not everywhere.
