This is a PhD level position that serves as a member of the Senior 
Management Team and contributes to the overall program management, 
operations coordination, and strategic planning for the project. This 
position also serves as the lead for international activities and helps 
facilitate international collaboration to advance/support the project’s 
international research and capacity building projects.
