Greetings,

    Coral-List, a NOAA/U.S. Department of Commerce sponsored project,
will be unavailable for discourse on coral reef conservation issues due
to the lapse in Fiscal Year 2014 appropriations by the U.S. Congress.  I
sincerely regret this inconvenience to all of you, our 7,715
subscribers.  As soon as NOAA is allowed to continue business as usual,
all messages that have been accumulating in the queue will be allowed to
circulate, so long as they meet the guidelines posted here,
