   In a recent post on this thread I mentioned DEMA's opposition to the NOP.
   For  those who may not be familiar with the acronym, it stands for The
   National Ocean Policy.
   It is a concept initiated under President George W. Bush and implemented via
   executive order
   by President Barack Obama. It has become somewhat controversial in the
   polarized and absurd
   theatre that has come to symbolize American politics. You can access all
