[Coral-List] Highly sensitive stress/putative immune genes

Hi All,

Im interested to see if anyone knowns of any stress/immune genes that
are highly active (up or down regulated) under minimal heat stress in
scleractinians (sub lethal stress). I know that, for example, some of the
HSP's are only differentially expressed after a certain temperature
threshold is met, usually 30ish and up, from some of the papers ive read.
This may be the case with most of these genes, im not totally sure.
Basically I am looking for a very sensitive gene(s) to track the health of
the animal on a day to day basis while applying minimal heat stress. Any
suggestions would be great. Thanks!
