[Coral-List] RFQ for Watershed Threat Assessment Tool

The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation has released a Request for Quotation for the development of a watershed threat assessment tool. The objective is the creation of a step-wise decision tree for watershed managers that allows them to assess the threats facing their watershed in a cost effective manner with minimal technical expertise.
