[Coral-List] DNA extraction methods

Hi All,

I am working with very low density fluid samples from a mesophotic reef and
are looking to extract DNA from bacteria and microeukaryotes.  These
samples are low volume and still in aqueous form (not the norm of
extracting from a filter).  If anyone has had success extracting DNA from
samples like this or could point me in the right direction of a publication
that might be able to accomplish this it would be greatly appreciated.
