Please post in response to Zoe Scott:

We have developed an online system called CoralNet http://coralnet.ucsd.edu/
http://coralnet.ucsd.edu/ <http://coralnet.ucsd.edu/> which is for point
annotation of coral images.

This system has some additional features available compared to earlier
tools. Specifically, it stores images online (and thus can be accessed
anywhere online access is available), creating individual annotation labels
is possible, summary data can be easily generated for a project at any
point, and it is capable (with sufficient training data) of generating a
machine-learning enabled automated point identification system, which would
then make identifications of all remaining points.

Please feel free to email me for further information: b.neal at uq.edu.au
