Dear Coral Peeps

There is still room on one of our Coral Reef Ecology Courses we're running this summer. Ever fancied going to the Maldives and pretending to do some work? Come along and experience one of the most diverse ecosystems on earth. Stay at our purpose built research station www.korallionlab.com<http://www.korallionlab.com> and be taught by yours truly (Dr Michael Sweet). We'll cover the basics but move quickly onto field sampling techniques, and how to measure the effects of climate change and human impacts. Furthermore, you'll get 5 days to design, run and analyse your own project (with my guidance off course). The course runs from the 13th -22nd August. Costs US$1500 for course fees, accommodation and food, then you'll have to cost in your flights (international and US$450 for the seaplane from Male to our island). The last few spaces will be on a first come first served basis, we already have a nice group of international participants booked in and ready to go so it's also a great way to network and meet other likeminded people (hell, you might even find the love of your life). Now, if that doesn't entice you, I don't know what will. See you on the island.
