[Coral-List] Mid-Atlantic deepwater coral

Hi All,

In the midst of doing some ROV surveys in waters 20-35 m depth off the Maryland coast, I observed patchy coral aggregations, but also what appeared to be a wasteland of shell/coral. Has anyone on the list done any studies or know of anyone doing studies of the coral communities or habitat effects of fisheries in the Mid-Atlantic?
