I am seeking an expert that can present a keynote paper on a subject relating to coral ecosystem producing chemical compounds that are beneficial as medicine properties for the MarSub Tech Educational Seminar, Training Workshop and Exhibition.  MarSub Tech is expected to be held next year at the Singapore Sentosa Resort.
