Hi Coral-Listers,

If you are considering submitting an abstract to the 13th ICRS session 88
on the role of citizen science in coral reef protection and sustainability,
the deadline for abstract submission is fast approaching (Friday, January
15).

We cordially invite abstracts on any topic related to the organized
involvement of non-scientists in inquiry-based activities designed to
understand, manage and/or conserve coral reefs or associated species. Some
areas of particular interest include (but are not limited to) the value of
citizen science to reef research, management, policy, and participants;
best practices for citizen science programs; and, activities in which
citizen science has been used effectively.

To submit your abstract, please visit
https://www.sgmeet.com/icrs2016/abstractinfo.asp.

Sincerely,
Session 88 Organizers
