    This position involves research using bioinformatics tools to
analyze microbial metagenomic Next-Generation-Sequencing data from a
variety of marine, coastal, and estuarine environments, including coral
reef ecosystems.  The successful applicant will be stationed at the
Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, and under the
auspices of the Ocean Chemistry and Ecosystems Division in Miami,
Florida, although working through the University of Southern
