I might mention that about 3 weeks ago the Gulf of Mexico experienced a 
severe African dust event. The Marathon Hospital in the Keys was flooded 
with patients with respiratory distress during the event. I learned all 
this from a nurse that works there. The doctors of course did not see 
the connection but the event was reported inKeys papers and on NOAA 
weather. and the Weather Channel.

Ironically there is a new novel just out that discusses events like 
this. Of course its just a novel. Gene
