Hi everyone,

I have read the paper with great interest, but was disappointed not to
find seminal works of Mark and Diane Littler on this subject being
referenced. Their work on the "Relative Dominance Model" (Littler et
al 2006 Harmful algae on tropical coral reefs: Bottom-up
eutrophication and top-down herbivory. Harmful Algae 5: 565-585) is
relevant to this discussion.

Cheers,
Tom
