I look forward to following your progress. As you are probably aware, there
are a lot of folks who have collected very careful data in the western DR
and you might want to contact them. We found a number of outcrops that I
haven't seen reported as completely (or at all) as the ones in Cañada Honda
(where is the one at the top of your web site? I think I'm seeing
pre-Jolocene structure in it - yes?). We have a lot of calibrated 14C ages,
mostly from CH and have worked out the facies patterns rather carefully.
