We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the Associate Research Scientist Position with the Coral Research Program at the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission Fish & Wildlife Research Institute (FWC/FWRI) based in St. Petersburg, FL.   The incumbent will serve in a variety of capacities including but not limited to serving on resource management teams for the State of FL and Federal Fisheries Councils; participate as an integral team member of long-term coral and benthic monitoring programs carried out by FWC/FWRI; create, develop, and manage grants that are commensurate with the individual's research experience and background, and assist or lead in the publication of reports and manuscripts generated from past, current, and future benthic projects.
