following message that may be helpful to some:

"Multiple federal agencies reportedly told employees this week not to talk
with members of Congress or the press. If you're a muzzled federal
scientist, tell us securely via centips at protonmail.com. (Subject line won't
encrypt, message & attachments will.)"
