[Coral-List] whats really killing the corals

Hi Gene:

Yep - seen it and often thought the same thing. So, in your scenario, who
should be the coral reef bank guard, who in the bureaucratic hierarchy
should be running a search for a real guard, and what measures should the
"guard" be authorized to make? I could make a few unfortunate analogies
here, but my response quota for July is exceeded by this and my response to
Sarah and I don't tweat.
