[Coral-List] Algae identification

We saw what may be the same type of bloom on two sites off Key Largo, FL
last week - Snapper Ledge and Molasses Reef.  We did a 10-day damage
assessment cruise and didn't see any at nearly 60 sites between Miami and
Key West during the first nine days.  On our way back northeast, we stopped
at three sites and saw it in abundance at two of them.
