Hi everyone,

I fully agree with Phil on this one. Recent studies like the one by  
Steve Coles

(here is a link:

and his research team give me some hope that corals have the inherent  
capacity to adapt and somehow deal with the oncoming climate change,  
but they won't have a chance unless we start addressing and  
eliminating all the anthropogenic stressors at the local scales. This  
was true 40 years ago as much as it is now.
