[Coral-List] PhD opportunity

Coral-listers,

I wanted to draw your attention to a fully funded (fees, stipend, and research budget) PhD opportunity. The full funding is available to UK applicants, or EU applicants resident in UK for past 3 years.

Implications of coral reef degradation for fisheries

This multidisciplinary project will use underwater survey, fisheries landings, and fisher interview data to determine the influence of coral reef degradation on reef fisheries. Supervisory team will be Prof Nick Graham (Lancaster Environment Centre, UK), Prof Christina Hicks (Lancaster Environment Centre, UK), and Assoc Prof Aaron MacNeil (Dalhousie University, Canada).

Deadline for applications is 27th January 2019, with the PhD due to start in October 2019.Full details on the application process are on the website.
