[Coral-List] Local Nutrient Enrichment and Algal Blooms

Just to call for reflexion and action !! It is happening in Florida
but also in any coral reef area where there is unsustainable
development, sewage water and other chemicals pollution. Coral
Restoration plans can not be successful alone if the local pollution
continues.
